I’m not going to get into the whole issue regarding Chick Fil A. I won’t even express my feelings about the thing. (mainly because I am not quite certain how I actually do feel about it) I will say that I have had Chick Fil A and rather enjoyed it. If we are out an about, most times if there was a Chick Fil A, that is where we stop, but it is very rare that we have Chick Fil A. I would say 2-3 times a year TOPS. But back in September of last year I shared a recipe on this blog for the Chick Fil A Chicken (click here for that recipe). I never did try the recipe out for myself even though I had planned to. So now with the new controversy I finally decided to see if the recipe was a good one. Here is the final product:
I have to say, yes, these are pretty much spot on! They tasted very good and my son gave it thumbs up and a grade of 100. I will say that when I make this recipe in the future, I WILL be cutting the salt down. It calls for 2 Tablespoons and it was a bit much in my opinion. But this is a great recipe.
